This app is awful. Even the front door ticket scanners didn't know how to find tickets. It signs you out. It looks like a webpage. We arrived early for our show, didn't get seated until after the show started. I spent the next hour trying to calm down so I didn't even enjoy the show. So dumb, do not trust this app, just go to Will Call to begin with.

Useless. Every button wants to open my browser. WHY would you develop an app that does this? Put EVERYTHING inside the app. That's the point of mobile applications, to allow us the same experience without the browser. The Straz company clearly doesn't know this. Fix it by placing ALL web based features IN THE APP!! Also, cannot see the tickets and reservation I just made. I can't edit my account because it "thinks" I'm a Group and has disabled Group editing. Why? What is this? 1 star.

The app is ok but all the measures they put in place to prevent ticket scalping make it difficult to use. You can't download tickets so always need an acrive connection. You can't even transfer tickets to a family member or friend. Very disappointed. Won't use again.
