I'm having a problem logging into the app. I try to log in using my username and the app says the username dose not exist but when I try to register it says that my username already exists. Anyway you could help?

Couldn't go higher because I can't find a way to add more than one accounts and use the app for them. Only one.

Thank you for choosing Volterra! If you have more than one electricity supplies at the same Tax ID, you can automatically handle them all through app. You just have to choose one for the menu. If there are more than one Tax IDs you better contact customer care at 2130883000 for more analytic instructions.
