Edit: They fixed the #1. Amending my review. Really?!?! Great app, in theory. You can pick your numbers and create a QR code and scan it in the machine and it prints off your ticket, but seriously, the #1 hasn't worked for years... so you can't pick it. How long does it take to fix a seemingly easy thing like that? Is it a complete disregard for users? Or arenthe coders just that incompetent?

Very annoying. Can't grab hot and cold numbers by swapping screens. App completely reloads EVERY time and I have to start over. Must write numbers down on piece of paper. If I tap over into Idaho lottery app to get hot and cold numbers, App completely restarts. I can only remember two numbers at a time. So I have to force myself, to remember all five numbers if I don't have a piece of paper swap into the app let it reload all over again go into the play slip I was trying to do....uggg

App STILL doesn't recognize valid VIP club ID and login. I've sent emails to Idaho Lottery regarding this for no response over several months. I requested that Idaho Lottery delete all saved Power Ball Playslips, thinking maybe those were cause of the issue (being invalid for optional $4 play) and no response. I can access the app as 'Guest', but want access to my saved (non-powerball) playslips. Idaho Lottery shows Excramentaly Enhanced Customer Service for this App.
