Bad app, bad customer sevice, they deal in money and can't calculate %. Extremely bad experience. When you transfer it takes forever to reflect. You have cash in your account buy you can't invest. The very simple math, like %gain/loss are wrongly calculated. Sometimes i feel it was a mistake to opt for this IT deficient app.

Buggy (keeps logging me out every 2 days), unintuitive user experience - it's clear they haven't done research on what people want and how they use these kind of apps, very few options to invest (no international stocks), no clarity on what to do if you want to leave. Roach motel, best to avoid.

Generally functional, but logging in is a hassle (how do i enable fingerprint unlock?) - i have to manually key in my email and password every single time. Also, the app is down right now so I can't log in to check on my investments.
