(EDIT: I bumped up to 5 stars for the speedy patch. So far everything is working perfectly, thanks for the fast response!) I have the same issues as others, I use this for client relationships at work and ever since the update I have no option to record videos. I have a Samsung S22 and I have deleted and reinstalled the app three times but nothing changes. If you can't make a patch can you post a video of the fix others have mentioned? This is so frustrating!

Update after being contacted and technical issues fixed the app is working now thanks for the great customer service! Samsung S20+ a 2 minuet video takes 30/40 minutes to up load, on or off of wi-fi. I have to use this app for work and it has cost me money in sales because it takes so long to upload simple short videos and the customer moves on.

I wish I never update it to a newer version. It stopped working since an update and takes forever for a 1 min video upload. Absolutely horrible and the phone number never works to call for an assistance. I would've given 0 stars, but I have to give 1.
