- Created and tested MVP-model with competitive strategies for short-term "bookings of business entities" with push notifications, billing, loyalty system, pilot version with fast search and extremely minimalistic interface. So far, using the example of Moscow. Free (Bonus model).
- Tested going to the Top 3 applications in a given section (keyword search) and holding a place for half a year (with an assessment of 4.8 - 4.5). Average advertising budget estimated.
- Competitors' channels and working methods checked (negative reviews). Estimated budgets.

Additional implemented features:
The ability to automatically generate and publish a video from your photos of a rented / sold apartment on Youtube \ Twitter \ Instagram \ Telegram with the integration of user profile data into the video and a brief description of the object.
