Terrible service! Twice my order was canceled for no reason. The next day, when I was finally able to make an order, they called me to inform me that 2 products weren't available. At the end, they still charged me for the whole amount, and when I complained, they informed me that I will only be reimbursed at the end of the month. To finish, the order arrived in three different deliveries, at completely different times. Basically, it will take you a whole day.

Now with the latest app version it no longer allows me to change between two delivery addresses. I can still see both addresses in my profile but I cannot access the second address. The log in screen process is also broken. I tried logging in with my correct registered mobile number and it tried then reverify my email addresses. The emails came but the click to verify emails never work. The log in process using 1card did however work without issue.

Very bad operated app. It kept jumping back up to the top when you tried to scroll down looking for products. How do you want people to shop with you when they can't even scroll down through your products. Your website is no good either.
