A good idea, but poor execution. Excruciatingly slow and unresponsive. Even the back button takes several seconds to respond, so one instinctively touches it again - oops! Now it exits the whole app! Missing features, e.g, no way to copy a tracking number so it can be searched in messages or email. Existing features could be more accessible. Looking forward to an improved version with better performance and features.

Used to work fine to fix appointment at post office. Now it shows the appt exists on the app, but no longer sends me SMS confirmation so when I get to the post office the appt doesn't exist. Also, have tried to register for My Post. Will not accept my password and will not allow forgot password function. Useless. Just uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall. Cannot register. Try My Post with a one off code, won't let me put the code in. Again. The most useless app on the planet.

One of the worst UX I saw in a long time... When you type a number - you can't see it. No personalization capability - it's like you're fresh user every time you enter the app. Very limited feedback after successful task completion. Very limited Next Step invite. And more.... At least they started Very low - they could much important from here .. the funy thing is that there is a company somewhere that is very proud of themselves for building this app 😀
