I got the app so that I would have acess to my scans and more all in ond place, but that has not been the case for me. The only scan that shows up on my app is from July 23 of this year and I did one last month and then one the other day. Those 2 will not show up and then the one the other day was missing 3 oils in 3 body systems that were showing up on the scan results of the person I scaned through. It would be awesome if you could try to fix these problems!

I love my iTovi. I was very excited to see the update & all the new content. But, what happened to the premium content I had access to when I updated to 3.0? Now, if I want to use the premium items, I have to pay a monthly fee?? When I purchased my scanner I chose the classic package so I wouldn't have to worry about monthly or annual payments. Please consider a plan for "add ons" with a one time fee for classic accounts.

I love itovi and what it does to help our family with identifying what body systems need support. The reports are SPOT ON and the oils and supplements really help us to feel better and get our bodies back to better balance and health. However, this last update the changes on the app are TERRIBLE its very confusing and hard to find what I'm looking for. I do not like the new way of selecting what I'm scanning for and it seems to glitch back to the previous scan setting.
