Reporting via wireless router in the home. If for example, my dishwasher which currently is not running entirely correctly and has a new controller board on order. Would report problems via its link to the Jenn-Air app. I would feel much more enthusiastic in the product and app. As for the dishwasher and nap interaction, I can set up running of the dishwasher from the app, but I must actually press the start button on the dishwasher for it to actually start. If in a future version fix this.

Has anyone actually been able to get the WiFi feature on their Pro JennAir (Rise) range to work? I've been through countless hours on the phone with JennAir, bought a new router at their request, had every part that interacts with the WiFi replaced by a service technician. Then finally just had a completely new range installed under warranty... Still. Does. Not. Work. I'm convinced at this point that the problem was never hardware, that it's just the crappiest software on Earth. $5500 later...

The app needs updates to include the latest models. My range model wasn't available in the app and spent 45 minutes with technical support to try and make the unit connect and work. They ended up changing the model number down on their end and it kinda works. Get weird errors from the application indicating system error. This included turning the oven light off and on. Lastly, the app is slow to update when you cancel via wifi. So, fix the app and I will review again. Very disappointed.
