The JEP mobile application has the following functions:
- Menu of transactions that allows multiple types of more frequent transactions from partners such as: Check balances your AHORROSJEP account transfers between accounts of the JEP Cooperative, transfers between accounts at different financial institutions, Payment Credit Card the JEP, Maintenance beneficiaries air Refills and service payments time. - Search Agencies JEP by provinces and cities allowing locate on the map showing its exact address.
- Find ATMs are within 1km of the current location, in the absence of ATMs within the specified radius, the application will search the nearest ATM.
- Trace the route to vehicle agencies and ATMs, which shows the distance and estimated time of arrival at the destination.
- Login to the website of the Cooperative and Business Guide where you can stay informed of the latest news Cooperativistas and know the local affiliates.
- perform simulations of credit to meet the financial burden detail, fees and payment tables. In addition to the savings simulator you can know the interest to win the types of investments that gives you the Cooperativa JEP.

Needs to support other languages especially as you are trying to attract foreigners to support your banking services. The use of sms for everything within the application is pointless and prevents foreigners from using JEP services overseas. Rather provide Telegram Messenger support for the "code" as this means that we can still do banking, Telegram Messenger is free and already used my by many other companies and banks for the second form of challenge.

Agradecemos su recomendación, misma que será enviada al área respectiva para que se tome en cuenta en próximas actualizaciones. Por otro lado le recomendamos descargar #JEPToken para generar códigos independientemente del país donde se encuentre, además no necesita usar datos o señal WiFi. Esperamos que nos comente su experiencia.

The app is very useful, I can do whatever I want with it well, except for the CDs movements..but I like it. It's much better than the other banks.. Gracias Equipo Jep

Will not accept ID # which makes this app useless, also, no actual online help to resolve the problem
