Will not work with Galaxy S10. It will connect and work with my girlfriends Note 9 but does not offer a box to select anchor on my S10. I called customer service and they told me no problem, send it back and we will send you a new unit. I paid to ship back, get the new unit (refurb) and guess what, same situation as before. I have unistalled and reinstalled, tried every combination to get it to work, nothing. I opened the reviews and there is a trend developing and not one response from PP.

This app shuts down between each part of set up. You can not click on the question mark icon to see what I guess would be frequently asked questions. My app would not sync with my power poles even though my Bluetooth picked them up. The app needs serious work.

DO NOT USE THE CHARGE WITH 12V LITHIUM’S IN A 36V SERIES. There is a software issue that causes the charger to continuously drain the center battery- it has destroyed the BMS on 3 separate batteries for me so far. Power pole is aware of the problem, and is not doing anything to notify other customers that their product is damaging batteries. They also have done nothing to help me , I've been dealing with this for months
