Even though its fully updated and I have a strong wifi signal. Whenever I go to open the app it'll work maybe twice to where I can login but after that I have to undownload the app because it gets stuck on the Jones Bank white screen. I have even waited over 15 minutes for it to load. Nothing. Very disappointed because this app is well over 2 years old and not to mention its 2023. Maybe I expected a little too much from this app. 🤷🏻

Chase bank app is ridiculously awesome. Easy to use. No extra steps to move my money around. Mobile check deposite are easy and hassle free. But this isn't the chase this is jones bank app and it needs a lot of work!! Please stop asking for my password to transfer money when I obviously signed to my own account. Please stop making mobile deposited so difficult to do. Snap a pic of the front of the check, snap a pic on the signed back and be done with it. That is all for now. Fix gets a start add

Been having a lot of issues with my app for the past month or so. Open the app and it won't let me do anything. Force close it and open it back up sometimes works but not always on my Android. Great app when working. My wife has a iPhone and she has no issues with the app
