Not good. You can't buy a ticket early. They expire after a day even if not activated. You have to create an account to buy a ticket. So if you are running late like me, they make it harder for you instead of easier. If you create an account with a weak password, it gives a weird error message. You have to know about error messages to know to use a better password It doesn't allow auto fill from saved cards in your android account

Fairly straightforward to use. Not perfect. At ticket machines you can get tickets for future dates. I assumed you could buy a ticket and it wouldn't expire until you activated it, but I was wrong, meaning I just wasted $19 on a ticket that expires before I even get into LA. I'm used to Sound Transit in Seattle where you can buy a ticket and keep it indefinitely until you press "activate"

OK. But, you have to buy a ticket to save a card, so, unless you want sit by the train with your card out, fiddling around with it, you have to buy a ticket that expires before you can use it. Essentially a $2 fee for the convenience of saving your card ahead of time. Very disappointing introduction to the app ☹️
