I totally agree with Mario. I have had mine for a few years and they have worked great. Recently, I've had to delete the app and start over, but then I log back on and my connections are not there. Lights are still working on schedule I set but I can not turn them on and off by the app. I have set them up several times and they don't show up when I log on. Please fix this problem so I can continue using the product.

UPDATE: The connectivity used to be great but lately it has changed. The app will immediately find the device when the phone and device are under the same WiFi network. But it keeps "searching the device" when under a mobile network and cannot find it. And it is "connect to the cloud" = The app is good enough to control the device but it is not the most user friendly app I've seen. I suggest the color for the ON time displayed in the programming schedule is changed to some other color...

I have an outdoor plug that I have connected to Alexa. As noted by others, the scheduling does not work. This is true for this app and in Alexa. I have tried using the scheduler within this app and using Alexa and I couldn't get them to work. I have tried "sunset" and I have tried using specific times. The end result, I use a sensor on another outside plug turn everything on when it gets dark, and turns it off 8 hours later. A little disappointing. Other configuration options (setting up a new device, etc) work fine on the app. Turning things on/off manually with the app works fine.
