App seems to be broken since the update. No longer can filter on a date or dates and just switching from the help to the log requires the pin to be re-entered. Support has been very poor in dealing with theae issues that I have given up trying. Otherwise as for getting an update on what care has been given it is very useful.

Detail included but it would very useful, to be able to add a note to my dad's account to let the carers know when he has a medical appointment. Back in July 2021 you said you were looking at this issue but nothing seems to have changed since then. The previous app the carer's organisation used had a tab where relatives could leave messages such as medical appointments. This shouldn't need to sacrifice security and would enable an more integrated view. We're back to pencil and paper - not ideal

Hello - I'm looking into this with the team, hence my late reply. This is something we've been looking at; however most agencies already have their own best practices/rules for family/carer contact so we have to bear that in mind with any new features. We'll share more news on it as we explore it further! Lucy from Birdie

The Healthcare Provider who looks after my mother-in-law uses this. The carers and team leader seem to be of the impression that families can add to it. We can't. It would be useful if there is an option for family notes. Being able to let carers know that my mother-in-law has a lift to church so they can assist her to be ready or, if we're visiting, if we're taking her out for a meal and need to cancel a visit. At the moment, I'm using WhatsApp with team leadership, who may not see it in time.
