Worst service ever !!!!. I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 hours now, and still there is no delivery. And on top of that, the customer service is so bad. Called the support team, but everyone just kept transferring calls to the next person. I'm never gonna use this app again.

Not a very good experience. The order tracking is very inaccurate - a lot of the time when I get my food the app still says it's being cooked. Also, there should be an option to choose which restaurant you want to deliver your order. I have several KFCs near me and for some reason the app always picks the one that's furthest away and has the least menu items available. Works marginally better for the pickup option, but sometimes my orders get served as take-away even though I chose dine in.

Delivery was half an hour late, which wouldn't be a problem if everything I ordered wasn't cold. Not lukewarm, just cold. Okay, I've called their line and was put in queue to talk to complaints rep, but nobody would pick up. I've then used their contact form to make a complaint but 5 days later still nobody got back to me. Last time ever I've ordered anything from them.
