Data input sucks. Trying to add a device took several times and required reset to connect. Fields were blocked by the keyboard and there was no scrolling. Tried to get keyboard to disappear but that only worked with the back arrow, which then deleted the data I had entered. I still can't add another member, I repeatedly press next, but the cursor stays at the email field, even though the email is entered correctly. Great concept, execution is poor. Looks like this is an expensive dumb detector.

Loved the fire alarms and leak detectors, but recently purchased more leak detectors and they have been frustrating for them to get connected to my phone. They show up under available Bluetooth devices but app acts like they aren't there. I've restarted my phone, reinstalled the application, and factory reset the device. One of them randomly connected when I tried out of desperation. Contacted Kidde and they sent me a new one with different firmware that worked so must be a firmware issue.

Good device, relatively ugly app. If I could change just one thing, it would be to always show both my smoke detectors instead of showing 1 and having to click show-more in order to see the 2nd one (super lame). My second request would be to allow dark-mode like all other modern apps. That would be way less ugly. 3rd, I should be able to customize notifications and tvoc level that triggers them. EDIT: No I only have one house, with 2 smoke detectors. Both under one house, but just one shown.

Hi,
So the app doesn't show all your devices because you can have multiple properties with detectors. What I can forward to the developers is maybe set a "Default Property" that opens automatically. Thank you for taking out the time to send us your suggestions!
