Definable needs to be able to work off-line you can't recharge without data so you have to find free WiFi to be able to recharge again. 40gb doesn't seem to last like it used to feel like I'm forever topping up. Literally have to turn my data off everything im not using my phone which is never LOL

The account recovery method to reset my pin does not function correctly, furthermore why would you ask for my phone number then attempt to send an email. UI is altogether useless.

It automatically recharges your account every month and you have to cancel auto recharge everytime you recharge. Really annoying and inconvenient, it used to be a once off setting you change and thats it. ALSO, I can't log out! Every time I log out, it keeps taking me back to the main page. Is it just me or are you guys getting worse as time goes by? Used to be such a great app.
