You would think that the city of Los Angeles with its outrageous fees and taxes would be able to develop an app that would be more reliable. It constantly freezes, forcing me to do a hard reset every single time. Have to wait an hour or two and try again, if im lucky i can get in. Mornings are the worst, whats the point of the app if it cant handle mass users at once.

What a joke this city has become. With billions of dollars coming in yearly from permit fees, they can't even develop an app that works properly. I used to be able to request inspections through the app, now I just get error messages and need to do it on their website. Also pretty much the entire world has opened back up post-covid, but LADBS is still somehow closed 😂. Such a joke.

Does not work for Android. Iv already reported to LADBS technical support but they are not addressing the problem. When you come to the point of scheduling the inspection, it gives an Error. Not good.
