By authorizing your location and entering basic information on skin type and sun protection level (SPF), our Sun Timer will be able to tell you when to re-apply sun protection! Worry no more. When your sun exposure time runs out, the app will buzz to let you know it's time to re-apply your sun cream or get out of the sun .

N.B. Avoid exposure at peak hours. Note that this app provides guidance only as to the appropriate timing of your sun exposure. It is based on average assumptions of the circumstances so we can’t take into account your real life facts that impact your sun protection.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ – The “Lancaster Sun Timer” application (“App”) is a free App accessible on versions 4.1 + of Android on mobile devices through the Google Play Store. The App tells you when to re-apply sunscreen based on information that you provide, including the time and your age, gender, skin type, and sunscreen SPF. Coty Inc. (or its Lancaster brand, or its affiliates or partners) will collect the information provided by the user, and through Google Analytics, will use cookies to collect additional, anonymous information about your use of the App, such as your visits to particular pages on the App, location, and use of the timer, notifications, and pop-up Lancaster ads, which shall be used for internal statistical purposes only. The App. will show the Lancaster ads by means of notifications and on its frames. The App’s sunscreen recommendation is merely an estimate based on the information you provide. It does not take into account any other details of your situation and does not constitute medical advice. Exposure to the sun may be cause a sunburn and other harm even if you use the App, and you are responsible for applying the necessary amount of sunscreen and exercising reasonable care while in the sun regardless of the App’s recommendation.
