App doesn't work saying to try again, and when eventually the second screen shows up to login; again it gives an error regardless if I used the mobile or email

I can't link my card or sign in from the app although I can sign in from the browser!! While editing my profile I can't add my email!! I have another card, when I try to sign in it shows that we can't find ur email, so I go to sign up then it shows that the email address is used!! Useless app, I don't recommend it and plz don't reply to this msg with sorry to hear that u r having trouble......... Etc. Coz u already know that lots of people facing the same problem. Thank you

I fell into the hole! I signed up then the app doesn't let me access the account when am in-store or let me add purchases to add shukan points. It's a scam. I made a mistake of making another account but with wrong email address 😕 unfortunately I can't even delete and poor person is stuck with getting unwanted shukran newsletters
