StagePoint Federal CU

I was having problems being able to enter numbers in the email field of the app so it was locking my accout, I would have to call the credit union and have someone unlock my account. I thought there was something wrong with the app and I posted a 2 star review because of it. I got a call from a very nice lady at the credit union and she asked me to bring my phone in, turns out I was dumb and it was my kb app on my phone that was the issue, she fixed it in like two secs. LPFCU is the best!

used to be a really decent app, however, for some reason after an update on my phone, everytime i try to scroll and see past transactions it jumps all the way to the bottom and is really annoying to try and stay caught up on transactions. app seriously needs an update to meet specs with current phone updates. once fixed ill then add another star.

Always seems to have glitches. scrolling when in accounts is almost impossible as it jumps and skips and is not smooth. Low quality when compared to other financial institutions apps.
