So unhappy with constant wishlist duplication errors and saving particular styles only to find a different style appears on my wishlist amongst other glitches and errors. I've stopped bothering with customer support bc the back and forth between different staff without anyone bothering to read previous conversations and offering the same options over and over again, which were not successful, were their only fixes. Incredibly disappointed with the anko range replacing the target range as well.

Everything works fine for me apart from it won't load/view my bonus rewards stamps (even after uninstalling& reinstalling, not sure why as it used to show them). I like adding to my wish list and always find it easy to check out using PayPal and OnePass option đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

The app has so many issues. Sometimes it won't let me log in, it blanks out the option to add in my email address so it's not possible to log in to access previous orders (not ideal when you're at customer services needing info). The amount of times it freezes &/or crashes when scrolling through items is just ridiculous! And the website automatically links you to the app, which is so annoying when the app isn't working correctly. I had to uninstall, add items to my cart & reinstall to order!
