Awful Service do not use. inconsistent services. I've had 4 service pros only one showed up. Constant issues with the app and getting assistance from the customer support. I can't cancel because they can't get a consistent team out to service my yard. they require 3 services before cancellation and I've only had 2 due to their service pros. You can only email or chat with the support team and the chat function doesn't always work correctly. can't wait to cancel. at this rate it'll be a month

FRAUD ALERT!!!! They can not only reschedule but they can bill you for both. There is no oversight and the support is email only. They have tried to take advantage of my mother, a retired first grade teacher and double charged a credit card ( which adds interest ) and when alerted to the error, they responded with requiring a screenshot of my credit card statement. My mother would never be able to provide anything like that. Still never reversed the charges.

App is challenging to use. Features like messaging the crew are not where I would expect them to be. But I learned - so that worked out. Service is sketchy. Mowing *occurs*, and is typically of acceptable or better quality, but they are incapable of keeping a schedule or consistent crew. Cancelations come - unannounced, half the time - at the last second or after the window expires. Hoping this is a product of circumstance or the current environment. If issues resolve, I will update here.
