Overall it is helpful. But I HATE the app. There are so many glitches. I try to pull up results of previous searches and it doesn't work. I have to exit completely out, multiple times. Sometimes the job description is totally blank and I have to keep re-clicking until it shows up. There is no way to hide postings you aren't interested in without hiding all postings from that employer. The only thing I like about the app is it shows previously viewed postings. Use the website instead of the app.

No employers actually use this app, even those who are on there. The customer support team on phone calls is non-existent, I had to go to PayPal to get my subscription cancelled. You can't even tell if your applications are submitted and most of the time, either due to complexity or to low response rates, employer contact information like the name of the employer is not available. This is a poor quality app.

Website said I had to download it as part of my subscription and the app doesn't even work. Keeps giving me an error message. Such a waste of my time.
