CSB introduces ‘BHIM CSB PAY’ – a multi functional UPI app powered by NPCI that will reside on your smart phone (once you have downloaded) and will enable you to send/receive/collect payments in a jiffy!

CSB is one among the very first set of banks in the country to go live on UPI platform.

You can opt to send/receive money using various credentials like – mobile number, UIDAI/Aadhaar Number, UPI VPA (Virtual Payment Address) apart from the usual account no & IFSC based transfers. So, no worries about revealing your account related details to others.

An exciting feature of the app is that you can link and transact using all your bank accounts which may be in different banks, provided that bank is live in UPI platform. Ensure you have linked your mobile number to all your bank accounts!

What can you do using BHIM CSB PAY?
• Send money (to friends, relatives, other UPI users whom you owe money)
• Receive money (from friends, relatives & other UPI users who owe you money)
• Initiate collect request (if you are not comfortable in asking your friend or relative or anyone who owes you money, just initiate a collect request!)
• Pay to merchants (using CSB VPA at any leading online/e-com merchants and experience the magic)
• Scan N Pay (QR based payments)

How to use BHIM CSB Pay?
• Download BHIM CSBPAY app from the play store. CSB users who have earlier used UPI version 1.0.2 can use the same login credentials to access the new app.
• Verify the mobile number registered with the bank
• Link your accounts & create virtual payment address as “yourname@csbpay”
• If you already have a UPI pin, you can us that .If not, you have to set a new Pin using Register M-Banking/Set UPI Credentials
• You are now ready to transact-send or request money using a VPA
