App basically works as described but is frustrating even after years of use. 1. Presets not set correctly. 2.Accessory adapters only work in app IOW, useless with Alexa. 3. To use: first pair with bed using normal pairing procedures. Then in app, find/select bed by touching bluetooth within the app. In the app you must reselect the bed every single time you use app. Yes, EVERY single time (except if app left open & not hidden). Did I mention the bed disconnects after every use? 4. Never updated

The app does not work on the Prodigy 2. Leggett & Platt's customer service will blame either your service provider or Google. I contacted Verizon and they were unable to fix the problem. I've NO idea how to contact Google. Do NOT buy the mattress and do NOT use the app

I have to go to the play store everytime to use this app! It will not stay on my phone. Such a pain.
