Liberty Hydra

This app was not great before (I would have given it 3 stars) now it does not function at all. Upon opening, I don't have the time to select the "sign in" button. The app crashes immediately. This is a problem in any setting, but when I can't charge my electric car, it's a serious problem. I've tried using the web based system but the codes i get don't always work. Very frustrating.

No frills app that lets you pre-pruchase a block of charging time. The app issues a code to enter into the charger's keypad. It worked with obstacles. The user experienc overall is poor, lags behind competitors. Issues: 1. The purchased code has an expiration time but the app doesn't tell you that nor what it is. 2. Support phone is staffed only during business hours. 3. Key sequence to punch in is the charger number (took me a while to figure out) + the code, sprinkled with * and #. Cryptic!

Didn't work. I don't know if the charger in Fredericksburg, TX, is broken, or the app is, or both. When I entered the ID of the charger, the app said it wasn't a valid ID, and didn't offer any alternative way to search (it showed a map, but I couldn't do anything with the map). I'm glad I don't NEED to charge, but it would have been nice!
