I used to be able to see the amount of data, messages and calls that was used up by each account on my postpaid plan but now I can't see anything and even if I go on the website it's the same nonsense I see. I see NOTHING about my data usage. That information was actually useful before the updates. The app is now basically useless to me since I can't monitor my accounts.

This app would be great if it worked. 1. Very unreliable. Often unavailable showing system errors. 2. Can't show you charges irl only at the end of the month. 3. Lately, I can't see the data usage screen. On a whole, my experience as a postpaid customer with Flow St Kitts is terrible. Prices are ridiculously high considering what little you are getting and your data doesn't even rollover. Missing Digicel, a company I left after 20 years but have no desire to go back to once I am in SKN.

The app does not seem to be able to remember all the accounts I added. Oftentimes, I will add an account now then not be able to see it in the app minutes later. When I try to re-add these accounts, I get a mesaage saying that the account is already associated with an email address, and I'm like "YES. It is associated with MINE.". Please fix this - very irritating.
