On a free account, I was able to send interest, but once I upgraded to premium, sending interest option was no longer present. Now I can only send messages, and it has become one way communication. if the other party wants to communicate or send interest back to me, they can't, they also need to upgrade to premium. Free account was a way better than upgraded account. The business flow seems non sensical, they are only looking for money. Do not Upgrade, unless you have 15-20 accepted interests

Hi Darshan, sorry for the inconvenience. You can send interest to the opposite member by clicking the “Message” button on their profile. As a premium member, you have the option of typing your own personalized message along with your contact details to the other members. Also, the opposite member will be able to respond back to your messages.

Not sure if it is useful for unpaid services or not. Doesn't show exact preferences what we are looking for. When webturn off email notifications, still it doesn't stop sending mail & when we click the mail it doesn't redirect to mail, it will open in a web page. Customer care executive will call you everyday for subscription, even though amount is very high to afford subscription. Waiting for improvement.

Hello Veeru, The matches you receive are based on the partner preference. Pls do review the criteria to receive exact matches. Kindly enable the DND service via our app to stop promo calls (Login - Menu - Settings - Advance Settings - Call preference). About email notifications pls write us at playstorecbs@communitymatrimony.com.

This app is total waste of money where you would not get profiles and keeps on repeating the same. Please note most of the profiles are not even genuine where the team can actually take effort to see who is married and remove profiles. There are few other issues as well. The help option is total waste where these folks take no interest in helping expect the payment stage. Would totally not recommend this app.

The married profiles can be reported on the mobile number view page. You can write us at playstorecbs@communitymatrimony.com along with your Matri ID to check things from our end.
