School is posting new updates and photos, but I am unable to see it from my end. I have tried updating, logging in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. all to no avail. It's so frustrating not being to see photos of child's progress and life in school.

Ever since a recent update, the app is no longer working! All the more frustrating when the school are still posting new bulletins, notices and letters via the app and we parents can't see them. All the pages that's supposed to show their check-in/check-out each day, inbox, bulletins and other tabs are all blank! Tried clearing cache, clearing data and re-installing the app, nothing works! Noted the version of app is latest (v 3.20.207). Developer, please offer help soon!

Hi, the app kept showing there is a bug and we cannot open the inbox to view after the recent updates. There are a lot of info being sent via inbox due to change of class next year. Pls fix this asap. Edit on 17 Nov 2023. Everytime there's an update, the app crashes. The school sent some info for tomorrow's meet the parents session but the app is still loading the info (can't view anything since morning).

Dear Parent, For app loading issue, kindly clear cache & data from Little Family Room app with steps below: - On your device: Settings > tab on Search "Little Family Room" > tab on the app - Tab on Storange > Tab on Clear Cache > Then, tab on Clear Data > Select Yes. (make sure it's 0 kbs) - Log in back to app Warmly, LittleLives.
