Estoy teniendo el mismo inconveniente que se describe en la última reseña. Hace 3 hs que intento comunicarme pero siempre tengo el mismo mensaje. 6 min aproximados de espera y dos personas adelante.

Estimada Silvina, lamentamos la demora que le fue ocasionada. Si bien nuestro servicio usualmente es al instante y sin demoras, el contexto en el marco de la Pandemia COVID-19, nos ha generado demoras no habituales en la atención a nuestros clientes. Un médico te llamó pero no logró comunicarse, de todos modos envió la receta que necesitabas.
