At Cafés La Mexicana we have been living coffee for more than 130 years. Since 1890 we have roasted only the best coffees in the world. Fresh, freshly roasted and with an intense and unmistakable aroma that floods the streets and Spanish homes.

Currently, in addition to our online store www.lamexicana.es with which we distribute our coffee to the entire world, we have 16 physical stores. The one on Calle Preciados 24, in Madrid was founded in 1890, becoming the oldest coffee shop in the city and which, in addition, obtained the Guinness Record for "the shop that sells the most coffee in the world". La Mexicana's coffees are considered among the best in the world.

Specialty Coffees

A wide selection of carefully selected origin coffees that claim authentic coffee. Specialty coffees. 100% Arabica washed, fresh and recently roasted. The best classified coffees of each country.
In this category you will find 6 specialty coffees:
- Genuine Antigua Guatemalan Coffee: Cultivated in volcanic soil, it is highly appreciated for its finesse and accentuated acidity.
- Kenya AA Plus: The highest quality African coffee producer, those classified as AA Plus are the best in the country. Hand-picked and dried in the powerful African sun
- Ethiopia Moca Sidamo: One of the most interesting varieties of the country. It is cultivated in a traditional way. A coffee with a lot of personality.
- Indonesian Java Wib Jampit: It has a medium body, low acidity and a somewhat earthy texture with a chocolaty flavor. They say it is one of the chocolate or cocoa flavored coffees.
- Colombia Supremo Nariño Tambo: Cultivated on the slopes of the Colombian Andes, this coffee holds the record for the height of cultivation with an altitude of 2,200m. It is considered one of the best coffees in the world.
- Zambia Kasama Estate: A full-bodied coffee with a smooth and pleasant flavor, with sweet and fruity notes and excellent acidity. It has a complex, fresh aroma with herbal nuances that differentiate it from any other African coffee.
