The only thing it really has going for it is how many restaurants it covers. It doesn't have enough drivers, which results in cancelled orders much (I'd say at least 30%) of the time; and they don't inform you for almost an hour after the fact. Then, they charge when ordering instead of when it's picked up so if your order is canceled you still lose that money for up to a week on top of having to find a different place to eat. It's great when it works, but really it leaves a lot to be desired.

Tried Lodel for the first time since they're supposed to be local. Terrible experience. Food never showed up, zero communication. They did answer the phone, then said the order hadn't gone through to the restaurant and tried saying it wasn't their fault (we placed the order through them), so the driver left to do another delivery and would go back to get our food. Took a while longer to get an estimate. It was going to be another 45 minutes, which would be almost 2 hours late. Uninstall

Downloaded this app to get food from a new place in Longmont. My order was cancelled maybe 15 min after I placed it, but i had to go into the app to see that. I ended up ordering for pickup through a different app. It looked like LoDel marked up prices. I don't get that when there is a processing fee. Charge me $5 for processing and add $2 to every menu item? No thanks. App uninstalled.
