This app is great when it works. After a few days of using it, it allows me to turn the speaker on, but then says it can't connect. I have had to factory reset my speaker twice to get this app to work again. I'm not sure if this is just an android thing or if this happens on apple phones as well. Either way, this needs to get looked at by the developers and get patched. I'd like to use this app all the time, but I can't. I don't want to factory reset my speaker every week just to use the app.

Can't save playlist, little benefit! I love my speaker but this app leaves much to be desired. I just found out you're supposed to be able to save playlist to your device and access it by pushing the magic button in the middle.. Well every time I attempt to set it up it doesn't save my playlist and just returns me to the app as if I hadn't completed the steps of selecting a playlist. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hi Tyeshya- Could you try a factory reset for and see if that fixes your issue? To do so you'll need to hold the volume down button and the power button until you hear a chime. This app needs work. I have used UE Wonderbooms for years and love them, the only downside it that you can only link 2 of them together but they have worked flawlessly for me. I bought a few BOOM 3 speakers thinking they would be a nice addition for my pool area but they only link together using the app and when using the app there is random static as well as volume fluctuations for no apparent reason. I'm very disappointed and rather than purchasing more speakers I'm considering returning them
