Horrible app. Couldn't find my order in my account but turns out that changing the language also changes your account. Now I have points in both accounts and can't combine them

if I could give it NEGATIVE one star or more I would. First, the app KEPT hanging. It took me like so long to finally sign up. and I had to enter a password relating to my personal information. WHAT THE?????!?!! and I have to enter an ENGLISH name?! excuse me. I have a Chinese name. My passport says that. i cant put a English surname that i have plucked out from thin air that is not true right? how freaking inflexible?! How do u expect people to shop using your service then? 🤦♀️
