Absolutely amazing. Usually when we fly we forfeit our miles due to how infrequent we travel. After reading about Ethiad reward, I set about installing. I had read about the issues faced by others, that it kept looping back when confirming your country. This is because people are trying to add it in the Ethiad Reward App. You have to log back into Ethiad Airways and confirm.....then hey presto it works. There is a 24hr usage, but you can add 24hrs for free and any unused miles get re-credited.

Was promised a virtual card within 7 days which failed to arrive, and now 2 weeks since installing and waiting I cant even log in and see the progress, no way to feedback/get help as well, will unfortunately be seeing my miles expire just like that

Just doesn't allow to update profile. Keep putting in united kingdom then says complete profile all the time.
