App is great. I am using the free version. One minor issue, the app doesn't respect the Timeout value in the config settings, and so it's only use the default of 500ms. This issue creates some unnecessary alerts.

I downloaded this as a website monitoring tool - I wanted to know if my website, hosted at my house, was down while I was away on vacation. The problem seems to be that the program does not tell me in a timely manner when it does not get a response from the website, instead it seems more focused on telling me when it sees it again... A little late in my book. It does keep an eye on what I want it to, and it generally doesn't blow up in my face, so it gets 4 stars. But I wanted a down detector.

Looks good, initially looked like it worked used it for a year and that was with pro version. it did not seem to monitor reliably in background and was so unreliable I eventually uninstalled it.
