Can't Sync with Google fit or anything (or not user friendly enough to find that option), also a big minus is that the speed of excercise cannot be changed. I started the beginner program although I do workout, and the speed is just too fast to ensure a proper form (30sq/1min) maybe not for everybody, but ABSOLUTELY for beginners. Bad form squats = bad news for your knees and overall contraproductive. Maybe it's because I wasn't logged in, but that's only because logging with FB didn't work 😒

Just started. I am starting with beginner and it's for one minute, you can repeat as many times as you want. I did for two minutes. I like that it tells you the proper way to breathe. I didn't know to inhale as you bend and exhale coming up. So, I learned and it felt really great. Think I will keep this app!!!

fit its purpose .. motivational alerts and tips ... give you the option to repeat or do it again or stop or go faster or at your paste .. just starting using it and so far so good ... give you tips for healthy eating and options ... no extra advertising or commercials which is a plus ... good to keep yourself active ...
