Horrid. The product vision is great and very tempting but far from the reality, but after much ado we are constantly forced to go to the center (Bugis) and deal with a combination of issues, even onboarding is so hard and a simple mistake costs a lot of pain. Really need to think of going all digital as the current experience only causes more churn, low nps and frustration.

11-Dec-23: App keeps on crashing after keying in credentials. This is after reinstalling multiple times. Rubbish app. Worked fine for years before till now. Well done, M1. Well done. Edit: 12-Dec-23: Developer asked me to launch a chat..via the app..when it keeps crashing. I got what I needed to do using a desktop browser after a bit of difficulty. This app can languish in a corner.

I have had problems logging in the past month or two. I have used the app for years without issue. Have un-installed and re-installed and gone through the verification processes but the app doesn't work. No access at all. Also received an email telling me of new billing cycles/format and I cannot check the app. It's very frustrating.
