They do allow for online booking and payment of tickets. But bus informations departure times and locations mentioned in app are often incorrect. In some cases, buses leave before time without waiting for passengers who has bought ticket online. Refund process just doesn't work. There helpline doesn't respond at all. Update: regarding latest case of incorrect information, their quality assurance department contacted me following up on my complaint. Issue was resolved and I was compensated too.

As a customer, I am extremely satisfied with the Bookme app. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the booking process for various events and activities. Moreover, the customer service support provided by the app is exceptional. They are prompt in addressing any queries or concerns, ensuring a smooth experience for users like me. As, I faced some issues when riding the bus which were, drop off point was not according to mentioned on app and significantly difference in the fare. However, I raised a complaint to bookme.pk mamagemt. They responded timely and manage the issue according to my ease. I talked wd team leader, he was polite and supportive. As timely solving of my matter, I would like to give 5 stars as all other thing work well instead of mentioned. However, I am taking one star as room for improvement.
