About this app
The MagnetoSpeed XFR App works in conjunction with our XFR connector to enable bidirectional communication between our ballistic chronographs (V3, Sporter) and an Android phone or tablet. With this app and XFR connector, you can retrieve shot data from a V3 or Sporter as well as configure those devices remotely. This app is currently in beta. Visit www.magnetospeed.com/pages/xfr for instructions and a list of devices that we have tested.

The app used to work great on my older phone and tablet. The latest update screwed all the data up nothing is in ft/sec anymore they must have changed a multiplier or something. I have never been able to use the app on my S-21 even though I have bought an adapter for it I can't get it to connect. It pretty much makes the MagnetoSpeed useless unless you physically write all the data down on paper.

Used to work great, updated to Note 5, now it won't connect. Thought it may be bad cable, replaced, still nothing. Magnetospeed seems to have simply stop supporting the software. Shame, I really used that feature to track shooting strings, now it's back to paper and pencil to write it all out. Really looking into Labradar now....

Just stay away and you will not get pi$$ed off like i did. Would not read archived series. After tech spt it read one but not the other two. Now it continues to crash. Was told phone had to be in airplane mode and could not be in my case by tech spt. Sending it back. Even with that it still crashes. Was told my phone works but newer phones will not.
