Mobile Citizen is a specialized MaintStar Work Request application. The application allows users to create requests for problems. For example, reporting potholes, graffiti, leaking water hydrants etc. The request can contain photos, GPS coordinates, the address of a problem and comments. The citizen receives an automated e-mail notification about the request status & view info on the map.

App doesn't work, indicatessever connection issues and brings me back to the select a city page. Also, the dropdown is flawed: has test data in the list, list is not in any logical order, and the list is not responding correctly to swipes in order to scroll down.

App crashed when uploading a photo for a request, but get an email that request has been filed. When I checked, it was blank..

App won't change agency's or have more than one. Un-installed and still won't let change agency
