Friendly down to earth. If I have problems w account, they always help me find my mistakes.. If you have a question, eager to find the right answer. Need a loan, call the loan department. Loan rates are great. Taking applications for PPP loans. Just a Great staff at a Great Bank to be apart of. ~~ Update: ~~ Still a good bank to me.

Password Glitch. I have had to change my password several times because to the app tells me it's wrong evertime I log out and log back on.
