My car ran out of battery on a Sunday night at the basement parking level of a shopping complex. Where my insurance hotline failed to provide service, this app helped me out of my car woes. Within one hour of installing the app and lodging a report, an assigned technician arrived, changed the battery and I was able to start my car again. Extra points for the multiple mode of payment option (I used a credit card). Every step of the process was hassle-free and given off a very positive vibe. Definitely would recommend it.

Fantastic and prompt service, even though it is MCO time. My old battery already weak and only left to 6%. Carput had contacted me immediately, once i had requested to change to a new battery. The technician also updated me when is the arrival time. The price also affordable too. The battery changing process took around 15mins and payment very convenient done using ewallet. A great apps for us to request for car fix with a click!

1st time car battery die in the middle of heavy rain at night, called perodua assist tollfree and they assigned carput to assist. While waiting I simply google them to see what's the review and saw a high rating with some commented that they reach in 30mins...I was relieved but dare not hope for the same since its heavy rain with bad traffic. To my suprise they did arrive in 30mins (mayb my location is near them) and have it fix in 15 mins, though the testing device was having issue, but nonetheless battery was fix promptly. The technician was polite and helpful. Keep up the good work, I'll recommend to my friends.
