Manorama Weekly

A very bad app, whoever has developed it need to learn first of all what an app is. I purchased today the editions from Jan 2019 for one year subscription and now I can see Feb. 2020 current edition, but not my purchased editions of one year🙄. I tried for three hours to log in, even after restarting my mobile. I have not seen such an incredible app😡!!!.it seems I lost my money. I could cancel the automatic renewal of subscription but could not find a way to refund the money. I would have read the reviews before I made this stupid decision. My mistake. Seriously I, cannot imagine such wealthy Manorama has such a waste app!. Mr. Developer please refund my money. My user id is pinksamaras. And try to learn from mangalam app. I have been using that since one year, no issues, cheaper and good quality reading. Shame.

The app is not working at all. I had paid the full year's subscription and find that I have absolutely wasted the money. Very sad that a reputed magazine like Manorama does little to acknowledge or respond to various escalations.

could not download the latest issues. I have to call the customer care every week. " No improvement at all. I called the customer care many times and they tried to solve the issue. I think this app is just for the publicity of the printed weekly. You shouldnot have collected the money for an app with serious problems.
