Forex trade optimizer

The forex trade optimizer is the first part of an application.
Now the Leverage optimisation is available, based on user input values.
It is added and account increase calculator to help the trader in planing.

Known bug: if your phone use some localization which will change the decimal point into other character(like coma), than it will be an error, which not handled yet. Change your phone settings to something English and restart it.
