When attempting to reach Maxis customer service multiple times, the system now automatically guides you to a voice system that inquires about extending your bill payment. Previously, it used to prompt you to press the star button to connect with customer service, but now it redirects you elsewhere, making it challenging to address your inquiries.

really disappointed abouts maxis. one is. line. always get lost. and reconnecting . and second is what about what they offer. with zerolution. sounds nice but what u get after aply for zerolution is.u get nothing event u try to apply for so many time. before i use DIGI. i never get disappointed like this. only need to pay abit more. really disappointed about this.

Cases never shown the detail of progress & when ask the customer service why there is no update to the on going cases. They claim that the progress is not accurate. Then why bother to develop this app in the 1st place.
