Update: Please start this app over from scratch. I want to watch this content, but the experience is so poor. Plus, when's that Android app for Outside+ being released? Content is great, app is meh. Please make it easier to watch videos with Chromecast. Create a more seamless scrolling UI like Netflix. Make this the one stop app for all Outside account services. All print magazines are gone except Outside. If subscribers are to access print content digitally, why isn't it here on this app?

Good content, bad service. I've tried premium app on Android and premium on Roku (you have to pick one or pay for each and every device you want to watch it on - no cross-platform access). Besides that big downside, the apps are a horribly disorganized and jumbled mess. Again, too bad, there some good content there, but all the downsides don't make it worth paying for. Hoping someone competes with them soon.

Not really impressed with this. Once a video is started, it can't be controlled. You either wait for it to finish or you shut the app down and open it back up. Navigation in the app is also puzzlingly bad. Content is good but it skews toward a handful of areas. If you're looking for climbing, you can probably burn through everything within the free trial period. It's amazing that a magazine as good as Outside is would have such rickety apps.
